§ 10.44.065. Limitations on parking of truck tractors, road tractors and semi-trailers.

A.

It is unlawful to park any truck tractor, road tractor or semi-trailer on any property located within a residential zoning district or within three hundred feet of a residential zoning district when such property is used as a location for a restaurant but only during those hours when the restaurant is not open for business.

B.

It is unlawful for any truck tractor, road tractor or semi-trailer to be parked on any property located within a residential zoning district for a period of seven consecutive days without leaving such property to travel on the public right-of-way.
