§ 10.56.060. 10,000 pound weight limitation on certain streets.

It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle having a total weight including load, if any, in excess of 10,000 pounds on the following streets under the jurisdiction of the Village:

A.

Menard Street from the northerly right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Street (Illinois Route 116) to the northerly right-of-way line of Partridge Street.

B.

Partridge Street from the westerly right-of-way line of Menard Street to the easterly right-of-way line of Davenport Street.

C.

Davenport Street from the northerly right-of-way line of Mt. Vernon Street (Illinois Route 116) to the northerly right-of-way line of Partridge Street.
