§ 10.84.130. Motor vehicles on bicycle/pedestrian trail.

  • A.

    It is unlawful for any person to operate or place a motor vehicle upon any bicycle/pedestrian trail identified with designated signage. For purposes of this section "designated signage" means any sign posted by a representative of the village at or near any entrance to a bicycle/pedestrian trail which sign is worded substantially as follows:

    "Bicycle/Pedestrian Trail. Motor Vehicles Prohibited."

    B.

    The provisions of this section shall not apply to emergency vehicles or to vehicles engaged in maintenance or repair of the bicycle/pedestrian trail.
