§ 12.08.060. Removal of earth from streets.

Whoever shall for any private purpose dig, remove or carry away any earth from any street, alley or public ground without the permission of the president or board of trustees, shall be subject to a penalty of not less than one dollar nor more than ten dollars for each load or part of a load removed or carried away.
