§ 13.04.195. Nonstandard waste.

"Nonstandard waste" means any industrial waste other than that identified in the application for service submitted by an industrial user including, without limitation, waste generated by the cleanup of any polluted site, waste resulting from a temporary change in an industrial process employed by an industrial user or any slug as herein defined.
