§ 13.16.150. Payment of costs incurred by village.

A.

Industrial users shall pay any and all costs incurred by the village in the testing of wastewater discharged or proposed to be discharged by industrial users for the purpose of:

1.

Establishing the compatibility of the waste with the village's wastewater treatment facilities;

2.

Establishing compliance with limitations on the discharge of wastewater into the wastewater facilities; or

3.

Testing of samples submitted by an industrial user during or in connection with an application for a permit.

B.

In addition, industrial users shall pay all costs of required engineering, technical or legal analysis of the discharge or proposed discharge for compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
