§ 13.25.050. Deposit of water and wastewater facilities assessments.

Latest version.

All water and wastewater facilities assessments collected under authority of this chapter shall be deposited in a special fund established by the treasurer and shall be utilized solely for the purpose of paying costs associated with increasing the capacity of the combined water and sanitary sewer system operated by the village.
