§ 15.36.100. Predemolition inspections.

Before any permit required by this code shall be issued, the director of inspections shall inspect or cause to be inspected the premises where said demolition is to occur, for the purpose of determining whether the planned measures for the demolition are adequate so as not to endanger any utility systems, installations, or adjoining public or private properties.
