§ 15.36.230. Issuance of permit.

If the director of inspections for the village and other jurisdictions are satisfied that all provisions will be complied with, and that all possible precautions will be taken by the applicant to prevent injury to persons, vehicles or property, public or private, they shall approve the application, and the village inspector shall issue a permit for such moving.
