§ 15.36.290. Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.

DEMOLITION

1.	Permits:

2.	Bonds:

	Twice the full amount of the demolition job, 10% in cash or its equivalent. This exception applies to any owner only once per calendar year.

	For owner of accessory building who is doing the demolition himself, a certificate or other verified proof of the following homeowners liability insurance:
	$50,000.00 per person
	$100,000.00 per occurrence
3.	Liability Insurance:
