§ 15.40.024. Applicability to existing residential structures.

This chapter establishes minimum requirements for the continued occupancy of all residential structures, but does not replace or modify village regulations pertaining to the construction, repair, alteration, or use of structures, equipment or facilities to be utilized for residential purposes.
