§ 15.40.036. Applicability to village zoning ordinance.

Nothing in this chapter shall permit the establishment or conversion of a multi-family dwelling in any zone except where permitted by the zoning law, nor the continuation of such nonconforming use in any zone except as provided in the village's zoning ordinance.
