§ 15.40.076. Occupant to maintain dwelling area in clean and sanitary condition.

Every occupant of a dwelling, dwelling unit or rooming units shall maintain in a clean and sanitary condition that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit, and yard area which he occupies and controls; and shall be responsible for his own misuse of areas and facilities available in common.
