§ 15.40.092. Screens for windows and door openings.

The occupants of one-family dwellings shall maintain in good condition and shall hang
and remove as appropriate, screens for all ventilating doors and windows of the structure.
The occupants of two-family dwellings shall hang and remove as appropriate, screens
for all ventilating doors and windows of the structure. Every owner or operator of
two-family dwellings shall maintain said screens in good condition. Every owner or
operator of multi-family dwelling structures, rooming houses, sleeping room facilities,
dormitories, hotels and motels shall maintain in good condition and shall hang and
remove as appropriate, screens for all ventilating window and door areas of structures
as called for by this chapter.
