§ 15.40.116. Lots—Growth or accumulation.

It shall be the responsibility of any owner, lessee or occupant, having charge or control of any residential lot within the village of Metamora to maintain the grass height of any such lot, including the area located between the property line and the middle of the alley adjacent to the property, and the area located between the property line and the curb at a level of not over six inches.
