§ 15.40.284. Storage of flammable liquids prohibited.

A dwelling, multifamily dwelling, dwelling unit or rooming unit shall not be located within a building containing any establishment handling, dispensing or storing flammable liquids with a flash point of one hundred degrees Fahrenheit or lower.
