§ 15.40.148. Overcrowding of rooms.

  • If any room in a dwelling is overcrowded the director of the village building inspections department or his agent may order the number of persons living or sleeping in said dwelling unit or room to be so reduced that there shall not be less than four hundred cubic feet of air to each adult and two hundred cubic feet of air to each child under twelve years of age occupying such room.
