§ 15.40.172. Generally.

No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or shall let to another for occupancy any dwelling, rooming house, dwelling unit, dormitory area, hotel room or motel room which does not comply with the following minimum standards for safe and sanitary living unit maintenance as set forth in this chapter.
