§ 15.40.180. Windows, exterior doors and hatchways.

Every window, exterior door and basement or cellar door and hatchway shall be substantially weathertight, watertight and rodent-proof; and shall be kept in sound working condition and good repair. Every window sash shall be fully glazed with glass window panes or substitutes which are without open cracks or holes.
