§ 15.40.264. Generally.

No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or shall let to another for occupancy a dwelling, rooming house, dwelling unit, rooming unit, dormitory area, hotel room or motel room which does not comply with the minimum standards for basic equipment and facilities as set forth below.
