§ 15.40.368. General sanitation.

A.

Every floor and floor covering shall be kept reasonably clean and not littered or covered with dirt, dust, garbage, human or animal fecal matter or any other unsanitary thing.

B.

Every wall and ceiling shall be reasonably clean and not littered or covered with dust, dirt, cobwebs or greasy film.

C.

No stagnant water shall be allowed to accumulate or stand anywhere about the premises.
