§ 15.40.408. Exit requirements.

Each rooming unit, dormitory, motel room and hotel room shall have immediate access to two or more safe, unobstructed means of exit, with minimum head room of seven feet, six inches and a minimum width of three feet, six inches leading to ground level outside the dwelling.
