§ 15.40.448. Vacating of unfit building.

Any structure which has been declared and placarded as unfit for human habitation by the director of inspections of the village's building inspections department shall be vacated within twenty-four hours as required by this chapter. It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator to let to any person, for human occupancy, said structure, and a person shall not occupy any structure which has been declared or placarded by the director of inspections or his agent after the date set forth in the placard.
