§ 15.52.060. Tower setbacks.

Towers shall conform with each of the following minimum setback requirements:
A.

Towers shall meet the setback requirements of buildings found in the underlying zoning district unless otherwise specified herein: provided, however, no tower shall be set back a distance less than fifty percent of its height from the top of tower to existing grade or, if the tower was originally attached to a building, to the point of attachment.
