§ 16.08.030. Plat specifications, physical requirements.

A.

Each application packet for preliminary plat approval shall include the application form as provided by the village, a black- or blue-line print of the preliminary and other information in Section 16.08.020.

B.

The preliminary plat shall be drawn at a scale of not less than one inch to one hundred feet and shall be drawn on one or more sheets, none of which shall exceed the size requirements of the final plat. If more than two sheets are required, an index sheet of the same dimensions but of a lesser scale shall be filed showing the entire subdivision and each component of the subdivision on separate sheets, numbered in a logical order. Each sheet shall also be titled according to appropriate subject matter and proposed development's identity.
