§ 16.12.070. Payment of water and wastewater facilities assessments.

Prior to delivery of a final plat to the subdivider, the subdivider shall pay or make arrangements for payment of all fees, taxes or expenses due the village with respect to the property including, without limitation, water and wastewater facilities assessments imposed under the terms of Title 13, Chapter 25 of this Code.
