The profiles of grade lines (both property and centerlines) shall be shown to a scale of one inch equals fifty feet horizontal, and one inch equals five feet vertical; or to a scale approved by the municipal engineer. This information shall be shown on standard plan and profile sheet unless otherwise required by the village engineer.

    5.

When unusual site or construction conditions exist, the village engineer may require such additional plans, specifications, and drawings as may be necessary for an adequate review of the improvements to be installed.

    7.

Topography shall be shown by lines drawn at two-foot contour increments.

    8.

One set reproducible (mylar or linen) copy of approved construction plans.

    C.

Review of Plans. Within three weeks from the date the construction plans are submitted to the village engineer, he or she shall review the plans in order to determine whether such drawings comply with village of Metamora design standards. If such drawings are consistent and so comply, the village engineer will return two sets of approved construction plans to the subdivider. In the event that the drawings do not so conform or comply, the engineer shall notify the subdivider of the specific manner in which such drawings do not conform. The subdivider will then notify his or her engineer to correct such drawings. If no notification has been given by the village engineer within the allotted time period of three weeks, the submitted construction plans will be considered approved.
