§ 17.20.060. Yard requirements.

All structures to be constructed, altered, or moved in the R-1 district shall provide yards of the following minimum depths:
A.

Front yard - twenty-five feet.

B.

Side yard - five feet minimum for accessory buildings and six feet for principal buildings.

C.

Rear yard - twenty feet or twenty percent of the lot depth whichever is greater.

D.

Yards of corner lots - corner lots shall provide a front yard on each street side.
