§ 17.48.070. Conditions of use.

Screening - same as outlined in the I-1 district. Provided, however, that a fence having a height of not more than eight feet is permitted in the front yard of any parcel, if the front yard is used for the outdoor storage of products manufactured on the parcel. Any such fence shall be well maintained in a structurally sound condition and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Fence posts and fencing shall be substantially plumb. Fences and related components shall be uniformly painted or coated in a neutral color without rust spots, chipping or flaking of the paint or other coating.
