§ 1.16.010. Ordinances not effective until publication.

Whenever any ordinance, section, clause or provision shall be repealed or modified, the ordinance, section, clause or provision so repealed or modified shall continue in force until the due publication and going into force of the ordinance, section, clause or provision repealing or modifying the same.
