§ 2.04.070. Taking and entering votes.

A.

If a member requires it, the yeas and nays upon any question shall be taken and entered on the minutes.

B.

The result of all votes by yeas and nays shall not be announced by the village clerk, but shall be given by him to the president for announcement, and no vote shall be changed after the tally list has passed from the village clerk.
