§ 2.04.110. Motion to lay on the table.

    A motion to simply lay a question on the table is not debatable; but a motion to lay on the table and publish, or any other condition, is subject to amendment and debate.

    B.

    A motion to take subject matter from the table may be proposed at the same meeting, provided two-thirds of the members present voted therefor.
