§ 2.04.160. Members under the influence of liquor.

Any member upon any regular or special meeting of the board of trustees who shall, in the judgment of the board, appear under the influence of liquor to such a degree that he is incompetent to take part in the deliberations of the board, shall be expelled from such meeting by a vote of the board.
