§ 2.08.130. Annual filing of appropriations ordinance.

Latest version.

The clerk shall, on or before the second Tuesday of September in each year, file with the county clerk of Woodford County, a certified copy of the ordinance in which the total amount of appropriations for all corporate purposes of the Village, legally made, are levied and assessed.
