§ 2.08.170. Custodian of corporate seal.

The clerk shall be custodian and keeper of the corporate seal, of all the books, ordinances, papers and instruments of the Village, except otherwise provided by law or ordinance; and all the books, ordinances, papers and instruments mentioned in this section shall at all times be kept open to inspection by the president, members of the board of trustees, or any other officer of the Village.
