§ 2.12.050. Quarterly accounting to board of trustees.
The treasurer shall, at the end of each and every quarter, and oftener if required, render an account to the board of trustees under oath, showing his receipts and disbursements in detail during each month, and the state or condition of every account not closed on his books, the whole to be a balance sheet and complete abstract of the financial affairs of the village. He shall also annually, between the fifteenth and twentieth of April, make out and file with the village clerk a full and detailed account of all such receipts and expenditures, and all of his transactions as such treasurer, during the preceding fiscal year, and shall show in such account the state of the treasury at the close of the fiscal year.
