§ 2.12.070. Care and custody of books and documents.

The treasurer shall safely keep in his care and custody all books, papers, vouchers, warrants, documents and all other instruments in writing appertaining to his office, which books and documents shall at all times be open to the inspection of the village president, members of the board of trustees and the village clerk.
