§ 2.24.110. Failure to perform duties of office—Penalty.

Any officer of the Village who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or who wilfully refuses to perform any of the duties of his office, or who is guilty of malfeasance or malfeasance in office, shall be fined not less than three dollars nor more than one hundred dollars for each offense.
