§ 2.33.010. Creation of department.

The Department of Public Works of the Village of Metamora is hereby created. The department of public works shall have responsibility for the administration of streets, sidewalks and public places in the manner prescribed by Title 12 of this Code, the provision of public services including water and wastewater service as provided by Title 13 of this Code, the regulation of buildings and construction including the administration of various codes as provided by Title 15 of this Code, the regulation of subdivisions as provided by Title 16 of this Code and the administration of the zoning ordinance as provided by Title 17 of this Code.
