§ 2.33.040. Delegation of duties by director.

The director of public works may in his discretion delegate duties assigned to him by Section 2.33.020 A—E of this chapter to subordinates of the director in the department of public works; provided, however, that the director shall remain ultimately responsible for the performance of such duties.
