§ 2.44.010. Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association.

A.

The village board hereby authorizes and approves membership in the Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association and directs the president and clerk to execute an intergovernmental cooperation contract in substantially the form attached hereto labeled as "Exhibit A" with the Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association for membership on an annual basis and each year thereafter unless this ordinance is repealed.

B.

The village shall contribute to the association a sum of money to be determined by the association at the time of its annual renewal based on the needs of the association and the loss experience of each of its members, which sum shall constitute the cost of the contribution of the village for membership in the association.
