§ 3.26.010. Definitions.

The definitions of the terms set forth at paragraph 21-201 of the Cable Act are hereby incorporated herein by reference and shall apply where utilized in this chapter. In addition, the following terms shall have the indicated meanings unless the use or context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended:
A.

Cable Act means the Cable and Video Competition Law of 2007 currently found at 220 ILCS 5/21-100 et seq. as from time to time amended.

B.

Gross revenues shall have the meaning set forth at Paragraph 21-801 of the Cable Act.
