§ 5.08.450. Unlawful gatherings of minors.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit a gathering at a residence which he or she occupies of one or more additional persons when any one or more of such per- sons is under twenty-one years of age and the person occupying the residence knows that any such person under twenty-one years of age is in possession of or is consuming any alcoholic liquor while on such premises.
