§ 5.20.030. Payment of tax.

The agent or agents shall, at the time of rendering the report mentioned in Section 5.20.020, pay to the village treasurer the sum of two per cent upon the gross receipts of such corporation, company or association obtained as premiums for effecting fire insurance in the village, as specified in Section 5.20.010.
