§ 5.28.070. Separate licenses for separate establishments.

    No license for the operation of any business, occupation, activity or establishment shall be construed to permit its operation in more than one location in the village; a separate license shall be required for each location. For the purpose of this chapter, the existence of a single location shall be evidenced by the fact that all buildings containing the principal or accessory uses shall be connected or shall be located on the same lot or parcel, and shall be operated and managed by the same person or owner.

    B.

    The location of any licensed business or occupation may be changed provided that the village clerk's office shall be given sufficient notice of such intended change in location to determine that the operation for which the license is required conforms with all applicable ordinances and regulations of the village at its new location.
