§ 5.28.140. Exhibition without permit.

A.

For the purposes of this article, "day" shall not include any Saturday, Sunday or holiday.

B.

In the event the village fails, within the time limits provided in this article, to issue a permit, and the village has not filed an action for an injunction, the motion picture may be exhibited without permit or fee without violating this article. Nothing in this chapter, however, shall be construed to prevent a prosecution under Article III of this chapter.
