§ 5.30.020. License required.

A.

No person, either as owner, lessee, manager, officer or agent, or in any other capacity shall operate or permit to be operated a dance hall without having first obtained a license to do so.

B.

No person, either as owner, lessee, manager, officer or agent, or in any other capacity shall operate or permit to be operated on premises licensed as a dance hall, a youth dance without having first obtained a supplemental youth dance license.
