§ 5.30.060. Investigation.

Upon receipt of an application for a license, the president of the village shall cause a copy of the application to be sent to the fire department, police department and planning and zoning department which shall report back to the president or his designee within fifteen days whether the location for which the license is sought meets applicable city codes and whether the applicant meets the requirement for issuance of the license requested.
