§ 5.30.100. Restrictions on persons under eighteen.

It shall be unlawful for a dance hall licensee to permit persons under the age of eighteen years on the premises of a dance hall, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or unless attending a youth dance where youth dance restrictions as set forth in this chapter are in effect.
