§ 5.30.120. Illegal activities on premises.

No licensee or any officer, associate, member, representative, agent or employee of such licensee shall engage in any activity or conduct or suffer or permit any other person to engage in any activity or conduct in or about the licensed premises which is prohibited by an ordinance of the village or law of the state or the United States.
